Lost And Found

Like a summer that melts the ice,

Hardened that I was on the inside,

Times you don’t give a fuck about being wise,

When not all inside has died.

I’m lost and found, I’m lost and found,

How did I make it, I stay astound,

With all the deride, gaslighting, and poison,

Riding through the stormy nights of the Poseidon.

I’m lost and found, I’m lost and found,

Knowing they feel joy seeing me down,

Like a stranger in a new town,

Have more to smile, less to frown.

I’m lost and found, I’mm lost and found,

Sailing through the unknown,

Healing scar tissues of the past,

Like a fresh air of every dawn,

In a strange realm landed my mast.

I’m lost and found, I’m lost and found,

With grit in my soul, unshaken,

Inner spirit has awakened,

Battling whatever comes by,

Whether they praise or sigh.

I’m lost and found, I’m lost and found,

Rising above deep and old wounds,

Opinions that made the sand dune,

Inner spirit stays fine tuned,

Brand new hope, coming soon.
