Living in somber grace,
Going about everyday,
Losing sight of the past,
Not letting it overcast.
He was my soul, my sweet surrender,
On any given day, in a parallel universe,
If we meet again, in a fairyland chamber,
All mayhem would reverse,
Like night turning into a bright day,
With flowers, delightful sight on display,
Unmelting my padlocked heart,
To the black and white, you bring iridescence,
A gamut of hues colored in emotions with no start,
Or end like this were a new beginning,
So has been your essence,
A filigree covered with a lining,
Your love hid behind the ornate,
Deepening the hues with iridescence.
As I walk through the day and night,
Making merry with a very few,
Trust blew in dispair,
Within me love for you grew,
Were we a heavenly pair?
I thought with fright.
Walking in the unknown with the next step,
My aura colored with your iridescence,
When I stumble and fall, I’d still be adept,
With magic in all the senses,
I fall and rise in delight,
Covered in the hues of your iridescence.
